Breakfast was a feast for veggi and vegan lovers, accompanied by peacock entertainment. Rooms were chilly, but an extra blanket did the trick. Staff was so friendly, I felt like royalty. I'd recommend it for a unique experience!

Who needs warm rooms or clean towels anyway? It's all about the peacocks and the "charming" shared bathroom hut.

My stay at Bamboo Lodge was a unique experience, feeling like a desert oasis. Waking up to a peacock at my tent entrance was lovely. The alternative, festivalish vibe and chill music all day added to the relaxed atmosphere. The animals and beautiful grounds were a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even allowing room changes at no extra cost. The breakfast options are varied and include vegetarian and vegan options. The cozy atmosphere and beautiful nature surroundings, with peacocks roaming freely, create a unique experience. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of Groningen downtown or bikes are available for rent.
